Acceptance
By using DataFaucet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
DataFaucet provides tools to capture API traffic, generate MCP server code, and deploy hosted MCP endpoints. You retain ownership of all servers and data you create.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use DataFaucet to access APIs you are not authorized to use
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party terms of service
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Do not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your servers
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing & Cancellation
- Free tier requires no payment and has no time limit
- Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime on Free or Pro plans. Team plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
You own all MCP server code generated through the platform. DataFaucet retains rights to the platform, branding, and underlying tooling.
Limitation of Liability
DataFaucet is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party API changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
