Claude pulls from all three sources and returns:

• Revenue: $X MRR (+Y% WoW), Z new subscriptions, 1 failed payment to retry
• Traffic: X pageviews, top source was a HN comment on /compare page
• Shipped: 3 tickets completed, 1 blocked waiting on API key from vendor
